COVID CARE at Opus Dental Specialities

At the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak and lockdown, our clinic was open only for emergencies. During this time, we took a step to ensure safety measures for the benefit of our patients, and our staff. We resumed our services as before and are now open for all types of dental treatments.

As part of our COVID CARE initiative, here are a few things preventive measures we have implemented at our clinic.

Daily Fumigation – The clinic is fumigated every day with disinfectant spray as well as once a month with Zoono disinfectant which stays active for 30 days and is proven effective against the COVID-19 virus.

 

PPE suits – All doctors and assistants wear full PPE suits to ensure contactless treatments.

Regular Sanitization – All working areas are properly sanitized between patients and treatments. We recommend no waiting for patients or family members in the reception area to avoid crowding.

UVC chamber – Ensure quick surface equipment disinfection.

Air ionisers – We have even ensured air filtration for complete safety.

Patient safety before and during treatment – We provide shoe covers, head cap and disposable drape and of course hand sanitizers to patients.

Temperature and Oximeter checks – Each patient and staff goes through proper checks while entering the clinic and of course, sanitization in the reception area.

Apart from these measures, there is regular dental instrument ultrasonic cleansing and autoclaving protocols followed.
